Advanced Driver Training
Advanced training is held over a weekend, usually out at a bush location approximately 2 hours from Werribee. It includes:

Revision of stall stop procedures and an actual hand winch recovery.

Group discussion of track conditions, obstacles, alternatives etc whilst walking the track and discussing which is the best line to take and why?

Driving through difficult terrain
-
Negotiating rocks and ruts etc
On Saturday night, relax around the campfire while watching a camp oven cooking demonstration. This is followed by the Sunday session which includes:

Tyre changing demonstration using tyre pliers

Demonstration of using an electric winch safely

Winch maintenance
-
Overview of how to read and understand a map correctly
